Hi, my name is Amber. I’m a therapist figuring out life and motherhood alongside you.

There is so much joy and fulfillment to be found in motherhood. I believe it is a sacred gift to be able to nurture new life. It is also incredibly hard— and it’s important to know that talking about the hard parts of motherhood doesn’t make you ungrateful. You might not have considered what your emotional needs could be during one of the most transformative seasons of your life. Allow me to support you on your journey.

    Therapy for Moms

    Specialized therapy services to help you cope with physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and postpartum. Therapy services are designed to support you throughout your entire journey, including family planning and trying to conceive.

    Premarital Counseling

    I use PREPARE/ENRICH, a comprehensive assessment, to help couples identify areas in which they can strengthen their relationship so they can build the foundation for a healthy marriage.

    Intensive therapy sessions

    I provide extended therapy sessions for moms and premarital couples beyond the traditional 55-minute session. This is a great option if you don’t have time to commit to weekly therapy or are interested in deeply exploring specific issues.
